Privacy Policy

Effective August 18, 2026 · Daquan Group, LLC

Arraign AI is operated by Daquan Group, LLC. This policy explains what the platform collects, how it is used, and the controls defender offices have. Case material in Arraign AI is sensitive by nature, and we treat it that way.

What we collect

Account data: name, work email, office affiliation, role, and roster approval records.

Case content you provide: uploaded charging documents and affidavits, client pseudonyms, docket numbers, jurisdiction, notes, interview transcripts, and the briefs, motions, and packets generated from them.

Operational data: timeline events, export and audit records (who generated or verified a document and when), and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the product to your office: parsing documents, drafting and exporting work product, tracking filings and deadlines, maintaining the audit trail, and supporting your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your case content for advertising.

Automated processing and service providers

Document parsing and drafting features send the relevant text or file to third-party language processing providers under contract with Daquan Group, solely to return the result to you. We also use infrastructure providers for hosting, database, storage, and authentication. These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your content for their own purposes.

Who can see case data

Case records are scoped to your defender office. Members of your office see your office's cases; other offices do not. Client portal links are token-based and only expose the limited timeline, resources, and release information intended for the released client. Daquan Group personnel access case content only when necessary to operate, secure, or support the service.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with our infrastructure providers under row-level access rules that scope records to the owning office. Access is role-based and administrative actions are logged. No system is perfectly secure; report a suspected vulnerability or incident to us through your office administrator.

Retention and deletion

Case data is retained while your office's account is active, so the audit trail stays intact. Office administrators can request deletion or export of their office's data; we will delete it in the ordinary course, except where retention is required for legal, security, or billing reasons.

Your professional obligations

You control what you upload. Please upload only what your matter requires and follow your own confidentiality, privilege, and records rules — this policy describes our handling, not your ethical duties.

Changes and contact

Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a new effective date. Privacy questions, data access, export, or deletion requests: Daquan Group, LLC — privacy@daquangroup.com. Suspected security incidents: security@daquangroup.com.
